Between scent and smell, Marion would have to be quite good at hiding herself - or else Red would cut her off. A wolf alone, with a scent she didn't recognize... something in her screamed to get closer.
Nope, she's not that good. Even a brief rolls in some dead leaves will not help cover up the scent of the child growing in her. At least though she is still able to move about freely.
Marion isn't far enough along for this to hinder her.
Red moved quickly, catching at Marion's scent, and moving to get ahead. She let out another howl, warning the woman to stop. Though she still didn't know why she felt the urge, she refused to let the woman travel alone.
Marion slows. She isn't very happy at the warning howl. Her tail swishes in an indescive manner not knowing how to react to getting ordered around by someone else.
She emerged, pawing the ground not far from Marion, watching. She wasn't entirely certain herself where to go from there. But she growled all the same.
It is when the night starts to shift into day that Red will prove the most useful. Marion shifts back in her sleep. She is cold so of course she cuddles against the nearest warm body.
